Michael’s resume includes, property management, legal expert witness courtroom experience, property rehabilitation, flip projects, contract for deed and alternative financing expertise, extensive experience with Short Sales and REO property working from some of the largest banks in the country including Fannie Mae, Countrywide, Bank of America, and Chase. Michael also founded a Real Estate Photography company in 2015 that has generated nearly 1M in sales in 4 years. In 2012 he started the Redefy franchise in Phoenix. In 3 short years with Redefy, he led a startup company to the #22 Real Estate Team in the state, closing over 350 homes in 2016 and helped lay the foundation to take Redefy to a publicly traded company. After a corporate buyout with Redefy in 2017, Michael saw North and CO as an amazing new Real estate Company, it is there that Michael founded the Flat Fee Team.  Michael has also started up 3 other companies including a Real estate coaching, a 1031 exchange company, and continuing education school. Michael has closed over 3000 homes in with his teams and brokerages over his 20 year career.
